Refund policy

We accept exchanges within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Products must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached, original packaging, and proof of purchase.

This policy applies to both online orders and in-store purchases.

Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@bahiaverbena.com or via WhatsApp at +57 320 977 1582. We will provide instructions for returning the product and selecting a new size or style.

All our products come with usage, washing, and care instructions on their labels. BAHÍAVERBENA is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or use contrary to these guidelines.

Our team will carefully review the case to determine eligibility for exchanges, returns, or warranty claims.

  • If an exchange or warranty claim is approved, a new product will be shipped.
  • For approved returns, a refund will be issued to your credit card or original payment method, subject to your bank’s policies.
  • Exchanges for size or product reference are subject to availability. We will work with you to find the best option to ensure your satisfaction.

Additional Guidelines:

For exchanges involving items of lower value, a credit balance valid for 2 months will be issued. No cash refunds will be given for the difference.

  • For items of higher value, the difference must be paid.
  • Purchases made outside our official stores, Instagram, WhatsApp, or online must be managed directly with the original point of sale.
  • Items must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Returns for used, washed, altered, or worn products will not be accepted.
  • Sale Items: Products purchased on sale or during special promotions can be exchanged for a different size. If the required size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or a warranty claim.

Refunds:

If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on your bank’s policies for non-cash payments.


INTERNATIONAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY

International customers may request a withdrawal within 5 business days from the delivery date of their order.

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after receiving the returned product.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or a national bank account, depending on transaction policies.
