Do you have a physical store?

Yes! Visit our store at Complex Los Balsos, in Medellín.

Are the bikinis sold separately?

On our website, you’ll find both the top and bottom pieces of the bikini on the same product page. However, this doesn’t mean you can’t mix and match! You can choose a different bottom for the top you like, or vice versa. When you click on a product, you’ll have the option to add only the top or the bottom to your cart.

You can mix and match however you like—style, size, and color.

Can I make exchanges?

Absolutely. You can do so within 30 calendar days after your purchase.

Can I try on the garments?*

You can shop online and try on your pieces calmly at home. If something doesn’t fit, you can return or exchange it. It’s your choice.

What are the store hours?

Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

What are the delivery times after I place my order?*

In Medellín: Delivery time is 1 business day.

Metropolitan Area and Regional: Delivery time is 1–5 business days, excluding the order date.

Other cities (Colombia): Delivery time is 2–5 business days, excluding the order date.

These timeframes may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as force majeure events or unexpected delays.

Deliveries are made through reputable and reliable courier services that ensure effective and secure product delivery.

How can I track the delivery status of my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping details, including a tracking number and carrier information so you can track your package. We recommend checking your spam or junk folder in case the message was filtered there. If you don’t find the tracking email, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp.
